WHERE DOES THE SCENT COME FROM?
The scent comes from the fragrance chip, not the card itself.
This is in order to preserve the fragrance for as long as possible.
HOW LONG DOES THE SCENT LAST?
A scent can last for 2-4 weeks once the fragrance chip is removed from its original packaging. When left in its sealed state, the scent lasts permanently. Once it is opened, you can place the chip back in its original packaging in order for the scent to last longer, up to 2-3 months.
Please note that citrus scents tend to have shorter lifespans due to the nature of citrus oils. Not all fragrance chips last the same length of time.
HOW SHOULD I DISPLAY THE CARD?
We recommend that this card be placed on the counter rather than on a card rack. As customers stand in line to purchase their items, the cards should stir up their curiosity. Questions regarding the products can then be answered promptly at the front counter.
