Shipping policy
Every order will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase via the shipping carrier chosen. We do not provide delivery confirmation, expedited shipping or insurance unless discussed in advance. If you would like to add any of the shipping services above, please let us know before placing your order. Additional costs may be charged. We are not responsible for any missing, delayed, stolen or damaged packages. We do not guarantee that orders get delivered on/by a certain date unless discussed beforehand.
Please double check if your shipping address is correct, for we are not responsible for any missing packages due to an incorrect address provided in your invoice.
We are not responsible for late packages due to carrier's delay. In special cases, we may discuss further for significantly delayed packages after 12 WEEKS OF NONE DELIVERY after shipped. The tracking status MUST not be "Delivered."
Domestic orders generally take 3~7 business days after you order is sent out. However, there might be a delay depending on the carrier's situation(i.e. holidays). If you order is time-sensitive, please let us know beforehand so that we can ship it expedited at additional charge. If your location is outside of the US, it may take up to 20 business days depending on the region. Duties, customs fees are at buyer's expense.
